  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

Opened or used products may only be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.

  • We may reship the order 7 business days after the original delivery date

  • Confirmation from the shipping carrier may be required before a replacement shipment is issued


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

After this window, or once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.


Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to:

We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to:

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Our team is happy to assist with filing a claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
