Use once nightly on clean, dry skin. Wipe excess product from the applicator, then paint a thin line along the upper lash line at the base of the lashes. For brows, brush a light layer through sparse areas; brows may be treated morning and evening if desired. Allow the serum to dry completely before applying other products. Do not apply to the lower waterline or directly into the eyes.
