Most beauty brands copy, remix, and rebrand. We file.

Simple Cosmetics builds novel ingredient combinations for real skin, hair, and smile routines — then protects those platforms with patent pending filings. That is not a sticker for the box. It is how we keep the work behind Copper Glow, Cell Revival X, PeptiSmile, and our copper peptide hair care from becoming someone else’s white-label overnight.

What “patent pending” means here

Patent pending means we have filed applications covering the unique ways we combine and deliver ingredients in our cosmetic formulas. It does not mean a finished patent has already issued, and it is not a medical or disease claim.

What you can take to the checkout:

  • The hero products on this site are built from original formulation platforms, not generic copy-paste INCI lists.
  • When you see Patent Pending on an allowlisted product, the filing covers that product family’s novel combination approach.
  • Public pages stay high-level on purpose. We do not publish claim charts, recipes, or confidential application language — that belongs with counsel, not a blog.

Why we file (and why it helps you)

  1. Differentiation you can feel on the shelf

Copper peptide skincare, longevity-minded creams, TXA + peptide toothpaste, and copper-forward hair care are crowded spaces. Filing forces us to invent combinations that are actually ours.

  1. Brand trust without oversharing

“Patent pending” is a clean signal: we invested in R&D and IP, not just packaging. You get the confidence without us dumping proprietary specs into Google’s index.

  1. A line that can grow

Skincare, hair, and oral care share one idea — bioactive cosmetics with thoughtful delivery — under filings that cover those platforms. New SKUs can inherit that story when they are on the covered list.

Where you’ll see it on Simple Cosmetics

Look for Patent Pending on products whose formulas sit inside our filed platforms, including:

  • Copper Glow — our copper + youth-defying custom peptide skincare bestseller
  • Cell Revival X — the premium upgrade path for people who want a more advanced topical routine
  • PeptiSmile — toothpaste built around tranexamic acid + peptides for a calmer-looking, fresher smile (appearance-focused; cosmetic oral care)
  • Copper Charge shampoo & conditioner and matching copper peptide hair care — same IP mindset, scalp-and-hair formats

If a product is not marked Patent Pending, do not assume a filing covers it. We only badge what the docs support.

What we will never do on this blog

  • Publish confidential patent application text, claim charts, or SEQ / recipe dumps
  • Make disease, drug, or “treats X condition” claims
  • Pretend “patent pending” equals FDA approval (it does not)

Cosmetics are for appearance and care. Our IP story is about unique formulas, not medicine.

Start with a hero, then go deeper

If you are new here, pick the lane that matches your routine:

Goal Start here
Glow / firming copper peptide cream Copper Glow
Premium topical upgrade Cell Revival X
Smile / gums appearance + mild mint comfort PeptiSmile
Hair density / scalp support cosmetics Copper Charge

We will keep publishing educational hubs that link back to these PDPs — always patent-safe, always appearance-honest.
